Session Terms and Conditions

You will be required to pay a half down non-refundable session retainer fee in order to reserve your date and time for your session. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your session. If you have a split session, the remaining balance will be due at your first session.

A contract will be emailed to you that must be signed before your session.

Inclement weather: Weather can be unpredictable. I will shoot in the rain and snow if you would like to proceed with the session. The session may be rescheduled if there is a severe thunderstorm or snow storm. There will be no cancellations unless I cannot reschedule your session before you need the session completed; if I have to cancel for this reason, you will be refunded.

Cancellation policy: When you book a session, I am turning away other clients whom may have wanted your time slot. You can still cancel your session, but no refunds will be made and I will keep the half down non-refundable session retainer fee.

If you show up late to your session, your session will only run until the end of your scheduled time slot. This will result in the delivery of fewer photos as it cuts down on the time we have to take photos. I often have multiple sessions on the same day so I cannot stay late if you were not on time.

Digital photos will be provided through an online gallery. The gallery will be emailed, texted, or sent on Facebook Messenger depending on which you choose. Additional digital photos will be available for purchase if there are extras from the session. Prints can be purchased through your gallery and will be shipped directly to you. A print release will also be provided. The quality of your prints cannot be guaranteed by Ashlee Lynn Photography if you order prints from anywhere other than my print lab.
